Doc Martin’s celebrates the legacy of Doctor Thomas Paul Martin, Taos’s first family physician, who lived in the adobe houses that are now our restaurant. We pay tribute to Taos and its landscape by blending local history with modern twists on traditional recipes, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
