ICONIC. AUTHENTIC. NEW MEXICO
Where Taos Comes to the Table
A Dining Room with a Past.
Doc Martin’s is named for Dr. Thomas Paul “Doc” Martin, Taos’s first family physician, whose home helped shape the gathering place that would become Taos Inn.
Today, our restaurant carries Doc’s hospitality through out food and cocktails that are unmistakably New Mexico.

DINNER & STORIES
5–9 PM NIGHTLY
Every evening, we welcome you into the warm adobe rooms of Taos Inn for a dinner that feels rooted in Northern New Mexico. Our menu brings together real regional flavor, seasonal ingredients, chile, blue corn, toasted piñon, roasted vegetables, and comforting plates made for sharing, lingering, and settling into the night.
We honor traditional New Mexico cooking without turning it into a theme. Instead, we give familiar flavors a fresh, thoughtful hand, serving food that feels connected to this place and generous enough to invite another round, another story, and a few more minutes at the table.
Dinner Every Night | 5pm – 9pm. Brunch Sunday | 8am – 3pm
